Exploitable results GACEL (Galicia en el Comercio Electronico) Summary : GACEL is a service (virtual shopping mall) where SMEs from the region of Galicia can market its products. It is being developed by Desarrollo y Recursos after an agreement with Parque Tecnologico de Galicia in the frame of the SMARTS project, and with the additional sponsorship of the Department of Industry and Trade of the Regional Government of Galicia.
