MIRTO has developed multimedia, multilingual services for all citizens and businesses wishing to access the services of the city administrations of Brussels, Madrid, Marseille and Rome. All large cities could adopt the system (see CITIES).
A multimedia, multilingual system using a service centre concept based on an infrastructure integrating the information processing systems and software applications of public and private information providers. Access points are self-service terminals, workstations and PCs.
