Objective
The project VAKUSOFT aims at hastening the ripening of meat and facilitating its storage, as well as increasing the storage duration in time for other foodstuffs. Furthermore the project aims to facilitate its handling by clients. To this end, a technical solution, an comprising objective vacuum technique, specialised gas and an electrical control system, has to be developed. In order to achieve an optimal practical application and the effect this will have on the meat and other foodstuffs, it is necessary to develop the theoretical process in broad defined research and to convert this into a technique. Completion of the project should result in a series product, based on simple rules of application pertaining to individual foodstuffs. Only by means of a extensive and simple conversion of this process, is it possible to make known to the user (foodstuff whole salers and gastronomy etc.) the many advantages which can be achieved by using this product - VAKUSOFT
