The development of a finishing process for lightweight wool cloth

Objective

This project is to develop a way of making lightweight wool cloth for suits. Traditional all wool cloth has many attractive qualities but is too heavy for warm climates. Research is required to understand what happens to cloth in the "finishing" process. A new process can then be developed to make the type of cloth in demand from high growth world markets.
