Development of a new range of modular integrated capture-extraction-filtration equipements for environmental protection in industrial SMES

Objective

The project development concerns the protection of the workers with a high efficiency and an affordable cost level in the SMEs industrial and laboratories processes . Many dangerous pollutions and emanations may result directly from, abrasive, corrosive, malodorant, toxic technical operations in which human health is concerned at his production post . Actually some equipments do exist but they are especially designed for large companies such as chemical industries and are very efficient but at a high pricing level . Our purposes aim to industrialise modular and integrated solutions regarding any major kind of the principal pollution agents and to build all in one different equipments such as extractors/ventilators/air filtration systems/ with commodity of assembling . The concerned equipments have to be designed to help productivity advantages . Many healthy and ergonomic tests must be conducted . Considering both economical and technological aspects developing such a product with new methodologies and materials is too much complicated and risky for the SMEs without the contribution of major RTDs .
