Fully automated weighing and distribution system for dyestuff in textile industry

Objective

The weighing and distribution system for dyestuff is suitable to subcontracting dye-works. There is no need of human presence neither for the weighing operating phase nor for the loading phase nor for the storage and sending phase. This system improves the staff working conditions, avoids the necessity of weighing manually seldom used colours which are therefore generally not included in the weighing system itself (as frequently occurs in the systems presently on the market and also avoids the need of a person for the continuous reloading of dyestuffs used in large amounts. The system will be completely isolated from the outside and totally robotized. Thus the system proposed brings to an ecological improvement, a working environment improvement, a real lowering of costs and times and so a quick amortisation of the investment.
