Objective
The objective of this evaluation programme is to determine the possibility of producing an indicator label which will show if a product has been exposed to temperatures below those which it has been designed to be stored under. Research is specified to evaluate whether an emulsion system will deteriorate in given conditions becoming unstable and causing a reaction witch will induce a colour change given a clear visible reaction such as colour. Areas such as manufacturing and marketing will also be evaluated.
