Objective
The existing channels for the asbestos and the dangerous building site materials recycling don't satisfy the professional users. If the confining of the dangerous building site, like the asbestos removal for example, is generally well done by the professionals, they encounter heavy security problems for the handling and the transportation of the big bags ail the way from the building site to the destruction site. The big bags are large plastic bags with a great capacity which contain several small plastic bags with two internal wrappings especially tough. When the dangerous materials are on the destruction site, the outrageous costs asked for the destruction with the classical methods, that is to say with plasma torch, are another discontent factors. The objectives of this study are to firstly develop a new incineration pilot prototype which can reach very high temperatures required for the decomposition of the dangerous materials with optimal security measures (zero fiber in the work atmosphere and in the outside) and acceptable costs. Once this pilot will be developed, after the research phase, we will focus on adapted solutions for the handling and the transport in order to secure the earlier phases.
