Objective
The proposal deals with the implication of the second order Reynolds stress - Heat/Mass Flux Euler model of homogeneous turbulence, unified for arbitrary turbulence Reynolds and Peclet (thermal, concentration) numbers, R and P, to the analysis and prediction of ensemble averaged properties of Material and Level Surfaces dynamics (time history) in homogeneous turbulence.
Regarding the combustion problems this implies the relevance of the model to non-premixed flame.
The ensemble averaged properties of material and level surface elements are to described by corresponding evolution differential equations provided all the necessary parameters of velocity and a scalar fields, such as
During the participation in Joint Project the following programme must be fulfilled: - The development of Eulerian Models of Material and Level Surface Element (MLSE) Statistical parameters for arbitrary values of R and P and c=v/K(Sch=v/D) pararneters.
- the analysis of limit cases, regarding to R and P, of MLSE parameters dynamics in isotropic turbulence.
- The numerical modelling, at arbitrary R, P and =v/K(Sch=v/D) values, the dynamics of MLSE in decaying isotropic turbulence.
- The analysis of limit cases of MLSE statistical parameters time history in homogeneous ansotropic evolving turbulence.
- The numerical modelling, at arbitrary R and P and c=v/K(Sch=v/D) values, the MLSE parameters in homogeneous ansotropic evolving turbulence. - The proposals for the future development of the model for the prediction of ensemble averaged MLSE parameters in non-homogeneous velocity and a scalar fields

Topic(s)
Calls for proposals are divided into topics. A topic defines a specific subject or area for which applicants can submit proposals. The description of a topic comprises its specific scope and the expected impact of the funded project.

Funding Scheme
Funding scheme (or “Type of Action”) inside a programme with common features. It specifies: the scope of what is funded; the reimbursement rate; specific evaluation criteria to qualify for funding; and the use of simplified forms of costs like lump sums.
