Objective

To develop new teaching approaches to support integrating subject teaching, personal development, technology, flexibility of learning methods, links with further training and awareness of European and international affairs.

Target group :
Young people aged 16 to 30, with 9 or 10 years general education. Teachers in a horticultural school.

Activities :
Horticultural training for 3 years and 8 months. Comparison of current practice and expected future developments on the labour market. Adapting training content to needs of different occupations.

Local partners :
Nurseries and garden centres, pedagogical research centre.
