Objective
THIS RESEARCH PROJECT WILL SYNTHETIZE THE RESULTS OBTAINED BY THE R&D RESEARCH ACTIONS ALREADY FINANCIALLY SUPPORTED BY THE EC DURING THE BIOMASS ENERGY PROGRAM PHASE I AND II.
THE SYNTHESIS WILL BE REALIZED IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF PHASE III OF THIS PROGRAM.
IT IS PROPOSED TO PRESENT A TECHNICAL AND A ECONOMICAL EVALUATION OF THE DIFFERENT WAYS ALLOWING BIOMASS ENERGY CONVERSION.
IN PARTICULAR, INTEREST WILL BE FOCUSED ON THERMAL CONVERSION.
SIMULTANEOUSLY, SCIENTIFIC ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED TO DG XII.
TWO SUBJECTS HAVE BEEN ALREADY TREATED:
COMBUSTION OF PYROLYTIC GAS INTO INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINES AND ACOUSTIC AGGLOMERATION AS A SOLUTION FOR PYROLYTIC GAS CLEANING. LOGISTIC ASSISTANCE IS ALSO PROVIDED TO DG XII TO SUPPLY PHASE III ORGANISATION.
