Objective
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF A GAZIFICATION UNIT WITH FILTERS FOR RICE HUSKS AND VEGETABLE RESIDUE TO BE USED ONLY OR AS A PAIR FOR POWER UPSCALING IN GENERATORS (15-60 KWEL) WITH THE SYSTEM OF TWIN FEEDING.
THE PROJECT WILL BE SUBDIVIDED INTO THE FOLLOWING MAIN PHASES:
(1) DESIGN OF A 30 KWEL GASIFICATION UNIT USING RICE HUSKS AND/OR VEGETABLE WASTE COMPLETE WITH FILTERS;
(2) CONSTRUCTION OF THE GASIFICATION UNIT COMPLETE WITH FILTERS;
(3) OPERATING TESTS AND COLLECTING OF DATA IN THE POWER RANGE OF 15-30 KWEL AND ANY MODIFICATIONS;
(4) CONSTRUCTION OF A SECOND GASIFICATION UNIT COMPLETE WITH FILTERS, TO BE COMBINED IN A SYSTEM OF TWIN-FEEDING;
(5) ASSEMBLY OF THE FEEDING GASIFICATION SYSTEM, COMPRISING TWO AUTOMATIC BIOMASS FEEDERS, TWO GASIFICATION UNITS COMPLETE WITH FILTERS, A GAS TWIN-FEED SUBSYSTEM, AND A 60 KWEL GENERATOR; OPERATING TESTS.
