Objective
THE OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY IS AN ACID STIMULATION OF A HIGH ENTHALPY GEOTHERMAL WELL IN THE MOFETE REGION. THE ACTUAL FIELD TEST WILL BE PRECEDED BY LABOARATORY STUDIES ON CORE MATERIAL.
STIMULATION OF NON PRODUCTIVE WELLS IS MUCH CHEAPER THAN DRILLING A WELL. IT IS CLEAR THAT A SUCCESSFUL STIMULATION HAS BESIDES A SCIENTIFIC VALUE ALSO AN ECONOMICAL ASPECT.
