IN CHOOSING THE SYSTEM IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES (POWER-STALL REGULATION AND ELECTRIC GRID CONNECTION) HAVE BEEN TRIED IN OTHER RELATIONS.
