Objective
The proposed theme is part of a wider topic: the efficient use of energetic resources. First, a durable link between the Centre and outstanding European Universities will be created, and then developed with training of the young researchers. PhD students and post doc researchers would carry out research working the ongoing projects of the host Universities in the domain of active power filters. This way, a long term sustainable effect on the development of the Centre will be created, which will be maintained after the granted support will be terminated. Another feature will be the development of skills in Romania and the improvement of the employment prospects. A workshop on this subject will be organized, followed by the creation of a WEB-site on the theme. The envisaged long-term effect is to provide information for both the Romanian research community and decision.
