Packaging and promotion of communitiy climate change socio economic, energy and technology research

Objective

One of the major results of the project "Packaging and Promotion of Community Climate Change" (1997-1999) was the generation of a database containing selected research activities. The aim of the presented proposal is to update the mentioned database with the newest research activities in the following fields: greenhouse gas removals by sinks, policies and measures, and flexible instruments. These existing packages will be completed by additing a fourth and fifth one: modelling in the field of Climate Change and Climate Change and sustainable development. By providing the gathered information on internet a broad community can benefit from the presented research proposal. Another main objective of ProPaCC is the transfer of knowledge to countries in Eastern Europe and Asia.
