Objective
Training programme designed to provide qualifications for staff working in the french pump industry. The need for these qualifications is the result of the introduction of new technologies in the profession (Micro-electronics in regulation systems, new shell materials and decision-making tools for product marketing and maintenance) and the standardization issues this as given rise to. The training action will largely involve inter and intra-company resources centre, CAT.

Innovative pedagogical approaches/methodologies. Maximal use of self-learning and multiplication multimedia supports.
TARGET GROUP(S):
People working in SMEs. People at work. Unqualified or less qualified. All staff of SME's/SMI's. Training of enterprise managers and multiplier personnel.
