Questions relating to lipschitz solutions of partial differential equations;and singular integrals

Objective

Research objectives and content
It is proposed to consider some of the open questions in areas of Lipschitz solutions of partial differential equations, and singular integrals. The latter subject is related to partial differential equations via partial differential equations with certain boundary conditions and pseudo-differential operators.
Some of the specific questions we would like to consider are: 1. What kind of additional regularity is guaranteed for solutions to certain partial differential equations?
2. How to extend results to other linear differential operators? 3. Results concerning singular integrals and rectifiability. Training content (objective, benefit and expected impact)
A major objective of proposed research is to extend the applicants fields of expertise, allowing him the opportunity to collaborate with one of the most active senior mathematicians working in his area.

Programme(s)

Multi-annual funding programmes that define the EU’s priorities for research and innovation.

Topic(s)

Calls for proposals are divided into topics. A topic defines a specific subject or area for which applicants can submit proposals. The description of a topic comprises its specific scope and the expected impact of the funded project.

Call for proposal

Procedure for inviting applicants to submit project proposals, with the aim of receiving EU funding.

Funding Scheme

Funding scheme (or “Type of Action”) inside a programme with common features. It specifies: the scope of what is funded; the reimbursement rate; specific evaluation criteria to qualify for funding; and the use of simplified forms of costs like lump sums.
