D-ARTS is a combination of hardware and software tools for PC platforms providing users with more capacity and higher speed when using multimedia applications. D-ARTS is a system composed of:
· A DVD-Writer function including an I/O interface to form a working PC-peripheral.
· A Prototype within a PC or CE form factor.
· A toolset allowing DVD-ROM titles to be interactive with MPEG 2 audio/video streams or to add interactivity to DVD-Video titles.
