Objective

In the current context of deep evolutions, in order to strengthen their competitiveness, European firms, particularly SMEs which are the best recognised source of job creations, need to implement adequate adaptation to change and adopt new and more efficient work organisation and practices. The BEPRAC project aims to promote the exchange and transfer of knowledge and best and innovative practices in adaptation to change, encourage implementation of changes in work organisation and practices, promote networking and co-operation between companies and encourage possible future common actions in key action 1 of the Competitive and Sustainable Growth Programme related issues, with an interactive, concrete and practical Forum gathering firms, groups and SMEs, coming from three EU countries and a Web site on adaptation to change and management of change, with a specific focus on human resources and human dimensions of changes and on the increasing changes in subcontracting, one of the means for the enhancement of the competitiveness of SMEs.
