Objective
Les Services (2/3 de la valeur ajoutée et des emplois dans l'UE) participent au processus de production et constituent un moteur de compétitivité et d' innovation dans l ' industrie. Pour s ' adapter au phénomène de tertiarisation de l ' économie et aux défis qui y sont associés (délocalisations, NTIC, externalisation...) les PMI ne peuvent plus se référer aux modèles d'organisation existants pour agir sur les coûts, délais et qualité. Elles doivent mieux s 'attacher au processus global de satisfaction du besoin client en transformant leur offre en produit-service. Le projet formera des Managers de PMI (métallurgie, textile et plasturgie) au rôle des services paraproductifs dans la valorisation de l'offre industrielle (facteurs de performance, innovation et différenciation). Séminaires et ateliers dans 4 pays, sensibiliseront 500 PME au Programme "Croissance" et aux Services ; 100 d' entre elles iront plus loin pour apprendre à penser et agir Services.
