A new opto-electronic marking system for traceability of product coming from traditional sectors (including textile, paper and leather) (hightex-noemi)

Objective

The aim of the project is to propose a new marking system, which allow the traceability for traditional sector like textile paper and leather and the trademark protection. The heart of the project is the development of a write device, based on opto-electronic technology. The coding system will realise the marking of data process information and also ensure the trademark protection. The reading system based on image processing, which can read easily directly on the product and on manufactured product. This device will use miniaturised camera associated with embedded PC technology for large-scale diffusion. Being transectorial, the devices have to be connected to an industrial network, which is used in different fields. With the success of the proposed project, traditional sector should be better armed to wrestle with the world competition.
