Objective
The traditional technique of spinning that involve until 70% of the European production of spun has a level of productivity that is about the 20 m/min, which has not been increased substantially from the half of last century, for an existent innovative lack. The present project will achieve to have a basic technique of non conventional spinning, completely novel and capable for to maintain the production of a wide segment of spun, that understands until 70% of the European production of spun, composed by a total of 2000 companies, where 95% are SME' S The heart (spinning nozzle) of this new spinning system, it has been developed in a project previous BRITE, with great success (300 m/min was foreseen and 600 m/min has been gotten) This great increase in the spinning capacity, it has caused a demand on the feeding system, extraction, and startup-connection systems that it place to these elements, totally out of game, in different aspects it is indispensable that, in order to this new spinning concept works in a future, to make capable this elements, and for this is necessary a very intense research work, this is the cause of the application of the present project
