Fpga als bildverarbeitungs-coprozessor mit bilddatenkornprimierung im low-level-bereich und cmos-bildsensor zum einsatz in der: uberwachungstechnik

Objective

This project aims to develop an economical system of video supervision, 'which is built up modularly with the following technology applications:-image pick-up by means of CMOS sensor technology-FPGA as image processing coprocessor-Low-level image data compression (FPGA technology)-Low-power image processing with the option of self-sufficient photovoltaic supply-Fast image transmission to a standard PC or a supervisory centre. A combination of alarm system and video supervision shall be realised, based on the FPGA technology to a standard PC or a supervisor centre for a variety of applications, e.g. in the safety technology (for the benefit of police, fire brigade, army, security and watch offices, banks), In the form of security access and attendance control as well as for supervision tasks in the medical area (hospitals, clinical complex, geriatric care centres) , in industrial plants, traffic tunnels, avalanche areas, etc.

Fields of science (EuroSciVoc)

CORDIS classifies projects with EuroSciVoc, a multilingual taxonomy of fields of science, through a semi-automatic process based on NLP techniques. See: The European Science Vocabulary.
