Objective
There has been little change in the field of aeronautical electrical wiring over the last 25 years and current "wire-by-wire" technologies are reaching their limits with the need for more functionalities, sensors and services, more "electrical" aircraft, significant increase in the use of composite structures, reduction in manufacturing cycles and costs. It has therefore been envisaged to adapt the "packet" wiring technologies developed for the electronics industry and starting in the automotive industry, to Aeronautical applications. This requires settling: definition of Aeronautical components, screened cables ending, finding industrial design and manufacturing tools. Thus the need for the "DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW EFFICIENT AND ECONOMICAL WIRING CONCEPT", with: modular, flat harness concept, distribution of signals allowing elimination of most of the screening, definition of simple harnesses with few branches, easy to make and install.
