Objective
Für die Herstellung von Baukeramik werden nach derzeitigem Stand der Technik neben dem Hauptrohstoff Ton verschiedene andere Rohstoffe verwandt, um entsprechende Versalzeigenschaften zu erreichen. Diese müssen vor allem die hohe Brenntemperatur aushalten können. Bisher können deshalb Abfallstoffe in der keramischen Industrie nur in einem sehr geringen Umfang als Rohstoffe wiederverwendet werden. Hindernis sind die hohen Brenntemperaturen und die damit verbundenen Anforderungen, die an das in den Masseversatz eingebrachte Material gestellt werden müssen. Ziel des Vorhabens ist, dass Brennverfahren so abzuwandeln, dass auch Abfallprodukte als Kompensation für die Rohstoffe in den Masseversatz eingebracht werden können. Hierzu ist es notwendig, das Brennverfahren so zu modifizieren, dass die Brenntemperatur gesenkt werden kann und eine Verwertung von Abfallprodukten möglich wird.
