Objective
The aggregation behaviour of blood cells as erythrocytes and thrombocytes is important for diagnosis, control of therapy and quality assessment of drugs. Various methods are developed in Europe for measurements of microcirculatory disorders that are not comparable. The aim is to develop a reference material (RM) and a reference measurement procedure, which leads to a high comparability of measurement results so that traceable measurements can be livered and the generation of the uncertainty of the measurement is possible. The RM must be stable over the period of measurement procedure incl. the transportation time. Parallel to the development of the future CRM a general measurement protocol has to work out. One has to prove that the developed reference standard influences the evaluated parameter sufficient and reproducible. The developed standard reference procedure should be fit for propose at the end of the project.
