Objective
The European Association of Dental Public Health (EADPH) together with the British Association for the Study of Community Dentistry (BASCD) are holding their joint Annual Scientific Conference in the National University of Ireland, Cork on the 14th and 15th September 2000. The EADPH was founded 3 years ago and its 308 members include Dental Public Health practitioners and researchers from all 15 Member States and also from many of the Associated States. BASCD was founded in 1980 and has a membership of 510 members. Prof. O'Mullane, who is the proposal co-ordinator for EuroDent Fluor will be President of BASCD for the year 2000 and will be Chairman of the local organising Committee for the Cork Scientific Conference.
