Objective

The topic of the Conference is very actual and very important for technological development in 21st century. Computational intelligence is an important part of Artificial Intelligence and particularly intelligent Systems will play an important role in every day technology to improve the quality of life. The topic of the Conference should integrate people from neural networks, fuzzy systems, and evolutionary computation and related fields. This topic should focus to wider scientific community. High profile international program committee of the Conference should support the quality of the program, lecture lecturers, invited keynote speakers.
