Efa 2001

Objective

This conference is organised every year by the European Finance Association. It is the main conference in Finance in Europe and it takes place in August in order to foster the participation of U.S. academics. The European Finance Association promotes the development of Finance in Europe. Its annual conference is a meeting point for European academics that benefit from each other different institutional background and thus are able to co-operate. The meeting covers issues on Portfolio Choice, Capital Budgeting, Corporate Governance, Market Microstructure, Option Pricing, and Mutual Funds Performance. Market Segmentation, Venture Capital, Emerging Markets, Bond Pricing and Financial Regulation, among others.
