Modelling of fengycin-cell interaction by surface and membrane biophysical chemistry approach

Objective

The proposed project will be focused on the study of the interactions of fengycin, a lipopeptide from Bacillus subtilis, with membrane modes by use of different biophysical techniques. The aim is to contribute to the understanding of the mechanisms of action of fengycin as anti-microbia agent.
