Quantum complex systems : entanglement and decoherence from nano-to macro-scales

Objective

The network would give the young trainees the opportunity for doing pioneering research with excellent researchers, in a uniquely broad range of theoretical and experimental subjects (molecular dynamics and interferometry, optical physics, mesoscopic physics and superconductivity), expose them to common aspects of usually orthogonal disciplines and put their research projects into a broader perspective. The foreseen secondments, training sessions, short- and long-term exchange schemes, would allow each young trainee to work closely with theoretical and experimental teams from different disciplines in order to learn new techniques or receive training on special instruments. The career of young researchers would benefit from broadening their scientific and technical horizons and acquiring in-depth understanding of the aforementioned disciplines

Fields of science (EuroSciVoc)

CORDIS classifies projects with EuroSciVoc, a multilingual taxonomy of fields of science, through a semi-automatic process based on NLP techniques. See: https://op.europa.eu/en/web/eu-vocabularies/euroscivoc.
