Baltic traning network on fp5 - next steps

Objective

A series of three interactive training seminars and a preparatory study on rejected proposals is planned for FP5 advisors and Naps from the three Baltic States with the intention to increase their expertise in information and advice for Baltic researchers participating in FP5 research proposals. The participants will have the opportunity to consult with experienced Naps from EU member states and representatives of the EU Commission. The events will comprise
i) EU contracts and administration,
ii) lessons to be learned from rejected proposals,
iii) train the trainers seminar for local advisors.
