Objective
The applicants propose to carry out a series of events aiming to increase the successful participation of researchers from Bulgaria, Czech Rep., Cyprus, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia in FP5 proposals. The project will contain a study on the specific needs of proposers from Accession States and on their integration into European networks followed by a workshop where results will be discussed. A study on "Improvement and resubmission of rejected proposals - learning from Consensus Reports" will be followed by a workshop and a series of four seminars for Naps and successful project partners from the participating countries. These seminars will focus on questions of management and administration of EU projects. In addition to these three work packages the partners in this project - all of who are coordinating National Contact points (Naps) - will create an informal cooperation network for the exchange of experience.
