Objective
Our Institute occupies 5 floors (4000 sq.m) has a staff of 100 of which 36permanent researchers, 14 assistants; there are 10 PhD students. Funds provided from national and foreign Grants. Many researchers were trained abroad. The research focuses on the bio pathology and cell pharmacology of the cardiovascular system. Publications: papers in peer-review journals, 50 chapters in internationals monographs. Elected member institution of UNESCO-MCBN, and Centre of excellence of the Romanian Academy .
