Objective
The conference will be held in parallel to the International trade fair on Explosion Protection and Process Safety - Explores. During the trade fair seminars on Process Safety will be offered. In parallel to the conference a new thematic network called S2S which is at the moment in the phase of negotiation will organise workshops. S2S is a common initiative of three existing network on safety aspects which are called PRISM (Human- Factor), Hornet (Chemical reactions) and Safety net (Plant and process safety). The idea of the proposed project is to invite about 10 organisations from candidate countries and to give them the possibilities - to participate in the conference - to publish information about their organisations on a common stand on the trade fair - to present their activities at the seminars - to join the workshops of the running network activities to discuss co-operations - for new research activities and to set up consortia.
