Objective
The main objective is by a conference ,to establish new RTD co-operation between research institutions and technology developers in EU, Russia and Ukraine committed to develop tools and build capacity to monitor and manage the natural resources of the coastal zone. Also it is a purpose to "keep in touch" and consolidate the research network from the now finished SCOPE project Contract No. IC 15 CT 98 0143.
