Objective
Les services de surveillance de la qualité de l'eau sont désorganisés au sein de lobe. La sécurité sanitaire des populations est menacée, notamment à Beyrouth. Objectif est de permettre au laboratoire d'analyse de l'OEB d assurer un suivi desressources et une surveillance de la qualité de l'eau distribuée. A court terme, le service de l'Eau du Grand Lyon et l'Office National de l'Eau Potable du Maroc vont coordonner leurs if forts pour définir les procédures, les organisations et les formations nécessaires à la fonctionnalité de ce laboratoire, renforcer sescapacités et accompagner sa restructuration. Accompagné et inséré dans un réseau professionnel international, le laboratoire de l'OEB devrait à moyen terme retrouver l'efficacité indispensable à la sécurité des populations et la pérennisées ressources de Beyrouth.
