Objective
IESERV is a support services project to the Information Engineering sector projects facilitating concertation activities and related support and will specifically provide services for establishing and operating user/industry forums,synthesis of results; analysis of market trends, usability, legal and regulatory issues. IESERV will hold workshops on key topics to which all projects from the Telematics Applications Programme and also industry will be invited. The dissemination of results will be coordinated to improve cost-effectiveness in the sector. An information service of news, events, methodologies and technology will also be created to include the dissemination of generic results from the experience of IE projects as well as identifying success/failure factors of projects at a generic level to help them achieve their targets.
