Objective
Aims: to improve the textile pretreatment process. State of the art is a discontinuous process in at least 4 steps. A continuous process with only 2 steps saving energy, water and chemicals shall replace the conventional process.
Innovative aspects:
1. in a new apparatus simultaneous application of energy and chemicals will
be possible combined with temperature shock treatment.
2. exact dosage of chemicals corresponding to textile threwput
3. intensified washing by using special stripping cylinders.
Realistic goals: saving electrical energy 70%, thermal energy 40%,
water 40%, chemicals > 50%.L%
