Objective
Co-ordinated action of EuropaBio and NBAs (National Bioindustries Associations) for the identification & promotion of potential industrial participation of SMEs in Community RTD programmes for SMEs such as CRAFT, Exploratory Awards and Cross-Border Co-operative Research. Biotech SMEs in Europe will be informed on the content of the V FP and will be screened on their market and technological needs. EuropaBio will identify potential joint RDT projects with the help of experts. Finally several brokerage and partnering events will be organised in order to increase the quality of research and the participation of Biotech SMEs in Community RTD programmes.
