Objective The purpose of the Encourage project is to create a network to offer external monitoring for SME's willing to submit CRAFT project under the IST program. The consortium will focus its work on four specific sectors of NICT (1- Electronic commerce, 2- multimedia contents and tools, 3- Information access, filtering, analysis and handling, and 4- innovative systems and services for the citizens), all-important for the five regions involved. Based on the exchange of best practices on the different steps of the companies advice (from the first information, to the signature of the final agreement) the project will test and adapt the Euromanagement methodology in the NICT sectors. Each partner will lean on either IST NCP or NICT specialised organisations.
