Objective
TECTRA will support both existing SMEs and new start ups coping with the complexity of business innovation.
TECTRA's methods and tools will help innovators from the first steps of idea generation up to business development. Every phase of the project (basically: 1st the idea generation, evaluation and definition; 2nd the confection of a Business Plan, 3rd the Business Launch and Development) will be covered with specific methodologies and tools.
TECTRA'S set of tools and methods will be created by adapting successfully proven existing ones and new ones developed by our team of experts.
Specific results expected at the end of the project
TECTRA will supply the market that is nowadays demanding support during the hard process of creating technology based new businesses (entrepreneurs, SME's, R+D centres, support institutions) with a complete set of tools and methods to cover that demand.
Therefore TECTRA will stimulate the creation of technology based innovative firms, improve their success rate and reinforce the existing ones.
Finally, as technology based new firms have demonstrated in other places, they have very positive effects for the whole society like: high growth (on sales and employment) and export rates; being support for further technology developments; the quality of the generated jobs is very high; attracts inversions.
