Objective
The project's objective, in short, is to develop a set of methodological works and an operative monitoring and follow-up process that is able to demonstrate, convincingly and realistically, the need for an integral policy, the result of the specific will of the regional government, as the most appropriate means of overcoming the cultural, financial, educational and social obstacles that impede the creation of innovative enterprises, in a region like Madrid, where the capacity of the scientific and technological supply is sufficiently high.
