Objective
Five objectives are proposed within the project :
- to facilitate the exchange of experience on non technical aspects
- to facilitate link between multisectorial projects
- to provide access to expert advises and continued assistance on IPs implementation
- to foster knowledge on innovation processes
- to assist the IPs to better benefit from financing opportunities
The project is structured around 5 interrelated work packages
- Cluster exchange groups on thematic defined by IP managers (visit of inter cluster project, expert conferences and discussion,...)
- Individual support
- Benchmarking studies
- Panel of experts
- Project co-ordination management
Five expected achievements :
- the diffusion of know-how intra and inter-clusters
- An effective scientific networking
- the development of a pool of expertise in IP management
- diffusion of key success factors for innovation development
- lasting partnerships
- reinforcement of collaborative attitudes
