Achieving a European dimension for the "door-to-door" scheme to drive SMEs innovation

Objective

Starting from the European experiences carried out in Europe and in particular starting from the results achieved in the local "door-to-door" project in Italy and the TQM in European SMEs Innovation project the Edison project will develop a scheme for transfer of technology and methodology to European SMEs, which will be based on a different approaches for SME needs survey, for the development of innovation plans as well as for the reduction and overcoming of the barriers to innovation (ACA - Approach for Change Acceptance;
NA - Network Approach;
AMT - Approach based on multi-disciplinary teams;
AED - Approaches with European Dimension).

The model will be developed to be adopted in short time and in different economic environments because it puts in value the results and the tools developed in previous experiences of introduction of innovation (cluster approach).
Additional products will be studies on aspects of innovation.
