Objective The project is aimed at developing a new generation of piezo-electric linear motors with an integrated position sensor system for high-resolution position feedback. The objective is to develop an easy-to-mount, integrated, cost effective solution for position feedback with a resolution of 0,0001 mm.Objectives:The main objectives of the project are:1. Development of a position sensor system with a resolution of 0.001 mm2. Integration of this sensor into a piezo-electric linear motor3.
