Objective
THINK aims to create and implement a technological, organisational and social model that will provide new solutions for disabled people. The model is based on telework, an important element in the working environment of the Information Society. THINK features an integrated and transversal approach to the countries participating, enhancing the opportunities for cooperation, showing that telework has no geographical boundaries and that any company or individual, no matter location, has potential to compete and to cooperate nationally as well as internationally. The project main goal is the professional integration of people with disabilities, so that they become productive, profitable and self-sufficient by using information and communication technologies. Through telework, the project will develop their capabilities in this area, helping them to market their services and aiding them in this way to achieve full professional integration.
