Objective
Le projet de recherche cooperative consiste en l'etude et la realisation d'un caisson de conditionnement d'air equipe de batteries d'echanges thermiques a tubes lisses en position horizontale. Ce choix a ete fait pour des raisons d'hygiene et de protection sanitaire de l'air au contact des produits alimentaires et pour des contraintes techniques de travail a hautes hygrometries. MONDIAL FRIGO est cependant confronte a des contraintes techniques concernant les caracteristiques precises du materiel a concevoir, en particulier : Les contraintes thermiques sont importantes car, outre l'incidence diminution des consommations d'energie, elles influent sur l'hygrometrie. Les contraintes d'aptitude au nettoyage, encrassement des echangeurs, car elles sont sources potentielles d'aerocontamination sur les produits. A cet effet, un projet de recherche scientifique et technique est necessaire afin de determiner d'une facon precise la nature des echanges thermiques effectues. Les opportunites commerciales sont tres vastes et les proposants ont deja identifie des industriels (Fromageries, Salaisonneries, Produits frais,...) qui seraient interesses par cette technologie.
