Objective
TO IMPROVE THE INDUSTRIAL PROCESS OF CORK SEPARATION IN CORK OAK PRUNINGS ("FALCA") AND INDUSTRIAL EXPLOITATION OF CORK-WASTE WITH OTHER WASTE PRODUCTS.
1. CHARACTERIZATION OF PRODUCTS:
RECORD OF THE PRUNING AND "FALCA" SEPARATION TECHNICS BY PRIMARY METHODS; CHARACTERIZATION OF THE PHYSIOCHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF WASTEFULNESS WHICH MIGHT BE USED IN THE PRODUCTION OF PARTICLE BOARDS BY AGGLOMERATION OF THE CORKWASTE.
2. STUDY AND TEST OF THE PROCESS OF CORK/WOOD SEPARATION:
STUDY OF THE ADAPTIVENESS OF MECHANICAL PROCESS TO THE CORK/WOOD SEPARATION, TESTS OF CHEMICAL AND PHYSICAL PROCESSES OF CORK/WOOD SEPARATION.
3. PRODUCTION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF PARTICLE BOARDS WITH CORKWASTE:
COMPARATIVE STUDIES OF VARIABLES AT STAKE, SUCH AS PRESSURE, TEMPERATURE, PRESSING PERIOD...;PHYSIOCHEMICAL CHARACTERIZATION OF THE VARIOUS TYPES OF BOARDS; STUDY OF VARIOUS TYPES OF SURFACE ENDINGS IN VIEW OF THEIR POSSIBLE UTILISATION.
4. PERFORMANCE AND STUDY OF THE ECONOMIC ADVANTAGES.
